It might be you who are we looking for, if you

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on user experience and usability.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define design requirements and produce prototypes.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the designs are implemented as intended.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing, always aiming to improve the product experience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and tools.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Good understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

We are a great team based in Brasov, working with multiple developer teams to deliver applications for the health sector. By making use of Kubernetes, Docker, public & private cloud infrastructures we create efficient and scalable applications. Deployments using Jenkins at other times using internal tools. Applications we deliver usually involve .net, SQL Server, Angular, Java Spring and PostgreSQL. Scalable microservices served by Kubernetes operators are something we deal with on a daily basis.

We also handle data and security compliance for productive applications, hands on using specific tooling (internal penetration & security scans) and during the development process we make sure that security guidelines are followed.
